I like to bake at late night because it's pleasant to go to bed with sweet smell of cookies and cakes. Last night a faint smell of chocolate came with me into my dream. Yes, I was baking chocolate with oats cookies and the pleasant smell came from oven. Wow! It's wonderful and the cookies are really tasty!!!
Here I think of a scripture from PHILIPPIANS4:18 I have received full payment and even more; I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. As christians we give to God 1/10 of income, witness our friends, family and strangers, help friends, and so on these are a fragrant offering pleasing to God.
So PRESS ON! Keep doing what we should do as christains and do it from our hearts and then we all can have sweet smell among us in our lives.
This is my recipe for chocolate with oats cookies (for 25 pieces):
Ingredients
80 grams all-purpose flour
80 grams oats
80 grams chocolate oats cereal
40 grams chocolate chips
80 grams red sugar
1egg
80ml olive oil
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease oven pan
2. Put all dry indredients(all-purpose flour, oats, chocolate oats cereal, chocolate chips and red sugar) in a medium bow and mix together
3. Beat egg and oil
4. Combine egg, oil liquid with dryindredients(2) and mix together
5.Use forks to place batter on the oven pan(each pan you can put around
9 pieces and each piece is around 4 centimeters in diameter and press
each piece to 50mm thickness)
6.Bake 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on
oven pan for 5 minutes before removing to other plates to cool
completely.
