This is an ideal recipe for those who are afraid of fat and moreover, the fresh crushed pineapple give this cake a natural sweet taste and high fibre.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs, lightly beat
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cup fresh, crushed pineapple with juice

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Sift the flour into a large bowl and then mix together the sugar and baking powder.
3. Pour the eggs liquid, vanilla extract, pineapple juice into the bowl, mix well and then blend in crushed pineapple.
4.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
